Completion of 4-Day Viva for Dot Initiative’s Department Structuring

Over the last 4 days, we successfully completed the viva process for structuring the Departments of Dot Initiative.

This was an important step in building a stronger organizational framework, ensuring that the right people are placed in the right positions to lead our wings and departments effectively.
