Dot Initiative is thrilled to announce a collaborative partnership with Shomvob Technologies Limited, a leading social enterprise dedicated to enabling employment and digital skill-building for young people in Bangladesh. Signed on October 20, 2025, this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) focuses on creating a robust ecosystem that enhances youth leadership, workplace readiness, and access to meaningful job opportunities.
Through this partnership, Dot Initiative will conduct targeted training in leadership, communication, and workplace skills, while Shomvob will provide digital skilling content and certification modules, including their Passport to Earning (P2E) program. Both organizations will jointly certify participants, ensuring recognized credentials that boost employability.
Participants from Dot Initiative will also benefit from Shomvob’s job platform for verified job-matching and placement support, along with mentorship and internship opportunities facilitated through Shomvob’s partner network. The collaboration will be visibly promoted through joint branding, workshops, and outreach campaigns, boosting impact and community engagement.
This MoU reflects a mutual commitment to transparency, professionalism, and sustained collaboration for one year, with shared goals to empower youth with the skills and connections they need to succeed in today’s dynamic job market.
