Dot Initiative, in collaboration with Aspire Institute, successfully organized a transformative workshop titled “Social Media Presence for Leadership and Professional Growth” on July 10, 2025, at the Professor Muzaffar Ahmed Chowdhury Auditorium, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Dhaka.

With the participation of over 200 students from both public and private universities, the workshop focused on developing the digital leadership capacity of youth by exploring how platforms like LinkedIn and other social media can be effectively used for professional growth and influence.

The first session was conducted by Imran Hossain Khan, Founder & CEO of EPaathshalaBD, who demonstrated how to build a powerful LinkedIn profile and use it strategically for leadership and career development.

In the second session, Mahfuz Mishu, Special Correspondent at Jamuna Television Ltd., discussed the dos and don’ts of social media use. He emphasized:

“Our social media footprints remain open and permanent. It’s essential to be mindful about what we share and how we represent ourselves online.”

The workshop featured engaging Q&A sessions, interactive learning, networking, and a certificate distribution ceremony.

K M Emrul Hasan, President of Dot Initiative, expressed his gratitude to the participants and shared:
